It would help if you posted a schematic or link to the sensor you are referring to. Without looking i'd say the answer is 99% chance yes.

As you will both provide the trigger pulse and read the echo pulse on the same device it could not even be that hard to calculate the pulse gap. If you have the 5 volt version of 163L (don't know if that is labeled L?) both devices run on same power source to.
