The schematic for an ultrasonic transmitter is just an audio power amplifier.
The schematic for an ultrasonic receiver is just a microphone preamp.

You can reduce the values of coupling capacitors to reduce audio frequencies if you want.

Use transducers that work at the frequency you want.

i tried several circuits but did not get the correct output if any body has the tested cicuit plz reply

Ultrasonic circuits are very simple amplifiers.
Which transducers did you try?
Which frequencies did you try?

i am using ultrasonic transducers working at 40khz

What was wrong with the output?
