You can't, WinPicProg only supports parallel port programmers - I don't consider serial port programmers reliable enough to support, so I've never added them. ICProg works with serial port programmers, but you will notice that he no longer offers support for the program, nor does he answer emails - I suspect it's because of the large number of people who have built JDM type programmers that don't work 8)
