UC3843N compensation network

Hi guys,
i'm designing a boost converter with this specs:

pwm uc3843n
vout=400v
vin=12v
Ipeak=5A
Cout=2.4uF
L=400uH

I need to design the compensation network between the pins 1 and 2 to obtain the Cout charged at Vout in 3.5ms.
