I am searching for a TVS 6 V stand-off unidirectional and bidirectional
but in an axial or T0-220 package, there are a lot of them but as a SMD,
does anyone knows a manufacturer that still do in this kind of packages.


if not does anyone know how to make them with diodes?
what kind of diodes are in a Trasient voltage supressor?
