Trying to find connectors

Anyone know where I can find connectors like in the picture. It's from a training lab, but I want to make my own lab. It's like a 4 pin breadboard and I'm guessing that it is pcb mount.

The Lab is a Elenco XK-700 if you want to see what the whole thing looks like.
