Trying to buy small dc electric motor

I am trying to buy a small ~12V dc electric motor. Except I need some sort of shaft attachment that will allow me to quickly bolt on a variety of loads. This is a good example. https://www.scientificsonline.com/worm-gear-box.html

There is a X shaped piece with holes in it that connects to the gear box. if anyone knows of something like this, only without the stupid worm gears please let me know. I need it for high rpm. Thanks.

That's a Tamiya gearbox. They make many different types. They also sell bell cranks.
