Trigger Alarm System

We have a co-worker who has been hiding in the shop at closing and messing up our work. He actually stays until the boss turns off the alarm at the front in the morning, then he sneaks out the back door. (He has told an unrelated party about this - we couldn't believe it!) We have told the boss this but he doesn't believe us. He says we're bad workers and blaming his star employee.

The alarm system is simple magnetic switches on several doors to close the circuit. The windows are also on the system, using a wire around the edge.

Does anyone know of a simple way to trigger a false alarm from the outside after hours? We don't want to damage anything or commit a crime, we simply want the alarm company to call the boss to come check the building so he finds him there and learns the truth.
