Hi All,

In need of some bright ideas, we have a motorised treadmill but the incline is only manual adjust which cannot readily be changed while exercising.

One step of manual adjuster increases the height by 40mm.

Any suggestions of a simple diy mechanism, motorised or manual, that could be attached to the rear bar to raise or lower it by just one step of 40mm, while still being used.

thanks.

A crank handle up near the controls, and a long (vertical) threaded rod? That would lift the front and give tilt angle adjustment while using the machine.

Lots of incline motors on Ebay. Adapt one to fit your machine to do it the fast way, instead of trying to come up with something on your own.
