Transmitter and Receiver Operation

maximum members are saying that receiver can't receives the signals at speed motion(some kmphps) when we send a signal from transmitter(fixed point)[

can we use a radar technology here to receive that signals in speed motion

Total Crap!

If this doesn't work, how do we communicate with the Space Shuttle, or the ISS, which are moving at 18,000mph? Google "Doppler Shift".
