transistor organ help

im trying to create this transistor organ Transistor Organ but i have a problem with the capasitors, the guy who gave me the components gave 5(10nf-100V) and 2(100nf-63V) capasitors how to connect them?

You only need one of each, 10nF is 0.01uF, and 100nF is 0.1uF

It works now do you know how to connect it like this... (Organ)+(PC) so i can record the sounds without a microphone?

Just take a lead from the top of the volume control, with the screen connected to the bottom. If you want to be able to adjust the level, then take it from the slider rather than the top.

Why bother recording it? It will sound like a buzzer, not anything like an organ.
