I'm having a prob tracking down hte matched pair of a MOSFET.
The part is IRFR9024.

The thing is it is a P-type so the N-type must exist somewhere???
Anyone have a good technique for match-pair tracking - tried Farnell,RS IR main site and google??

It needs to be match since it is used in an analogue push-pull output stage

dont worry found it

IRF024

looking at the datasheet it is pretty much comparable although not stated as a matched pair

cheers
