transistor JK flipflop won't work!

I was trying to make a JK flipflop, for fun, with a bunch of mps2222a transistors and resistors but it doesn't seem to work though. I used the transistors to creat three basic logic gates, all of them are nand gates, and one of them has two inputs, the others has three like it should.
With the three input nand gate I used three transistors connected in a row and if I test the logic they seem to work untill I use them to make my JK flipflop.
