Transistor in TO220-package

Hello people

I have here a transistor of sorts. Its in a TO220-package and is marked:
PHP
45NO10T (Possibly 45N010T)
PHm0005 A1
However, I have not been able to find anything about it on the net. Can any of you guys help out with a datasheet or simply a clue about this mystery transistor.

My guess would be a 45A 100V N channel Mosfet.
