Mr RB Well-Known Member Jan 7, 2012 #2 Well it's definitely TO-220 package, and the pin markings BCE indicate standard pinout for a NPN or PNP transistor. 2SC918 is a tiny transistor, but 2SD918 looks like a power transistor right around the specs you might expect for an automotive power transistor; 2SD918 TO-220 NPN 250v 2A 80W beta100
