Can you tell me the simple/basic calculation and circuit for How transistor can be used as an amplifier?

as Ziddik implies there are many many examples of this online. After reading Ziddik's recommendation I'd do a google search as this will give you a few different perspectives in BJT amplifier design. And don't forget about FET's. You may want to make an amplifier using that as well. Good luck.
