transfer function + relationship to power and voltage

i have obtained transfer function for the process as T(s)/E(s)= 1/(As+b). this relation ship is between temperature and energy supplied to the system.

I have to analyse for PID controllers with temperature sensor scale factor 0.01V/c

Set point temperature is related with volatage . I want to know how to relate heat input to the system with voltage.
