Traffic Light Project Help

I am building a basic traffic light project in Multi-Sim. I have it functioning for 0ne full rotation but after that it goes completely crazy. Is there any way that after the full rotation that I can re-set all of the 555 timers to start at the beginning and still not mess up my timing?

Yes, dump the 555s (leave one for the basic clock) and implement the logic with a "state machine" consisting of a counter (flip-flops) and some decoding. Is this homework?
