TOP223P

I need a datasheet on TOP223P. Can only find one from Power Integrations INC.. But it is of no help. I search all search engines I knew of. But still no luck. All I need is the Pin layout, what the pins are for, if it is a oscillator and the MOSFET for the switching supply, voltages, currents, etc... It would be a great help if someone knew. :lol:
