Tolerance in inductors, very high frequency

Hi to everybody!

I have a question about the datasheet of inductors for VHF, why when the inductance value is small the tolerance is in nH and not in %
For example the serie B82496C in EPCOS.

 
NIST certified equipment will always have a fixed minimum tolerance with the values get near minimum. Besides +/-0.3nH sounds better than +/-30%

BTW I recall 30~300MHz is VHF not 16GHz

Yes, you are right, I took this serie because saw the example about the tolerance.
So, I could use the term 1.0 nH+/- 30% 1.2 nH+/-25%...
