Timming circuit designing

Would you plz assist me, I want to design a circuit that will be controlling an induction motor so that it shld be switched on for 20 seconds then off for 2 minutes then on again and the sequence shld be continous until it is switched off. Can anyone assist me in designing this or any info that may assist me in this. Thank you in advance
