where am I going wrong here the timer0 don't seem to be working

Code:
#define IO_RB0_LAT                LATBbits.LATB0
#define IO_RB0_Toggle()             do { LATBbits.LATB0 = ~LATBbits.LATB0; } while(0)
#include <xc.h>
void InitTimer0(){
  TMR0ON = 1;
  T08BIT = 1;
  T0CS = 1;
  T0SE = 1;
  TMR0H    = 0x0B;
  TMR0L    = 0xDC;
  GIE    = 1;
  TMR0IE = 1;
}

void main(void) {
    InitTimer0();
    OSCCON = 0x7E; //make the osc start up at 8 mhz
    TRISB = 0b00000000; // make all PORTA pins output
    PORTB = 0; //turn off PORTA pins
    ADCON1 = 0b00001111; //make all analog pins as digital
    CMCON = 0b00000111; //
    IO_RB0_LAT = 1; // put this in here to see if i made it this far the led is on.
     while(1)
    {
       if (TMR0IF)
  {
    TMR0IE = 0;
    TMR0H    = 0x0B;
    TMR0L    = 0xDC;
    IO_RB0_Toggle();
       }
     }
  }

hi be80.
You have set TOCS=1 , ext clock source, are you clocking the T0 input from an ext source.?
