timer relay

looking for a device to control a set of lights similar to traffic lights. I want to be able to vary the time from when it goes RED till GREEN, usually 10 sec,15sec,20sec & 30sec. have seen these lights working at other races but cant find the timer. Any help appreciated.

A uc is your best option other wise you will run in to a lot of problems.
