Hello !

I want a circuit that will control Motor or Brushless DC Fan with Throttle of Bike. This is to be used in a bike to control Fan in Air Filter.
At Idle Fan should be Off.
As we go on accelerating, it should start and speed increase.
Also which switch/transducer should be used to sense movement of throttle handle ?

It would be nice if you could get a small LVDT (Linear Voltage Displacement Transducer) in there. Throttle would change the resistance which in turn could drive a small fan PWM circuit. Mounting the sensor would be your call as would be the sensor itself. Anyway, something like that would work and control fan speed based on throttle position. Another method might be to look for an engine tach signal that exist but likely using a LVDT is the easy route.
