Hi i need a data sheet for the Ic THMC51 from Texas instrument. This device is long discontinued , yet i have a couple of these lying around. All i know about this ic is that it is a temperature monitor+fan controller ic.
I tried the manufacturer web site and searched the Internet for the data sheet but the manufacturer has removed all of documents relating to this product and no information could be found in google. So if some one has a data sheet for it please post it or reference to any of design notes will be of greater help.

Did you try contacting Texas instrument to find out if there was any way to get these documents? Most companies never actually destroy this information, if you can get someone on the phone or via e-mail that can put you in touch with someone further inside the company rather than the customer service idiots you'll tend to run into you might find an engineer that can supply whatever older documentation they may have, you have to be persistant though not take not for an answer but not be rude.
