Did you try contacting Texas instrument to find out if there was any way to get these documents? Most companies never actually destroy this information, if you can get someone on the phone or via e-mail that can put you in touch with someone further inside the company rather than the customer service idiots you'll tend to run into you might find an engineer that can supply whatever older documentation they may have, you have to be persistant though not take not for an answer but not be rude.
