Hi .
I'm new here, and need help with filtering a signal from thermocouple to an AD595.
I'm trying to measure water temperature with thermocouple K type and AD595 . i get a lot of noise in the area of 50 Hz and need to build a filter for it. any one have idea ?

hi and welcome.

Do you have a circuit diagram you could post?

You need a Low Pass filter or Notch filter depending upon the response time of the sensing required.

If you have connected pin 1 or pin 14 to ground, break that connection and replace it with a 100k resistor. The common mode rejection will be defeated if you leave it connected.
