There is problem again in downloading program

Hello master,
Now, I am going to download my program with usbasp that I've got yesterday,
First, I'm download with software kazama downloader,
I try to check device signature and So far OK, (I'm using atmega32)
Then when I try to write my program in here I met problem again (oh my god)
So master, please help me what happened with this.

I know it's for pickit2... but he found that the USB voltage was low and the device couldn't generate the required Vpp to burn the chip. It may not be this that's causing it, but it's worth keeping in mind.
