I am wondering - just for curiosity - what is the fastest flip-flop or divider in the world (fastest toggle rate). Comercially available devices, not something that exists just somewhere in a lab.
I have now on my table a divider that should work till 14 GHz ... a small device in QFN16 package, the package does not look very impressive ... NB7L32M
