Swordfish BASIC and PICkit 2 integration (one button compile & program)

Well I searched the forums and Goggled the net and found nothing but it turned out to be very easy.
You'll need to download and install from Microchips site the PICkit2 command line program.

Under "Compiler and Program Options"
Install new programmer "pk2cmd.exe"
and here's the string for programming and automatically run the target
/PPIC$target-device$ /F$long-hex-filename$ /M /R

Press F10 or the "Compile and Program" button from withing Swordfish's editor.
Easy peasy.
