Switching Power Supply

hi everyone... im making a massive switching power supply using the attached diagram... i can only find a 300VA toroidal transformer converts 240VAC to 36VAC (converted to 51VDC via diode bridge) at 8.33Amps... would this be sufficient?

Looking at the schematic there is a 0-5A meter to monitor the output current.
The transformer you chose should be okey for up to that output current. I see a resistor that appears to be used for current sense and current limiting, but I am not sure if there is current limiting with out really analyzing the whole circuit.
