Switching a load on +/- supply?

When I only needed to switch a load between +15V/0V, I just used a simple MOSFET switch:

With the gate going between 0 and 3.3V.

Now I want to switch the load between +15V/-15V. I can do this if I drive the gate at -15V and 0V. However, now I need to generate the -15V to control this mosfet, from my MCU output signal of 3.3V. How can I do this? Or alternatively, what's a different way to switch this load?
