Switching 230V AC pulses

I imported a motor controller card.It can turn the motor left,right & up,down.

It has small 110V AC relays in the output.Here we need 230V AC & the motor also 230AC.

What I did is I drive another set of relays using onboard relays.

The problem is the card is giving pulses so when switching 230V contacts their is arc generating.

How to prevent this problem?
 
Hi,

use a snubber circuit for the relay contacts.

Values for the resistor and capacitor depend on motor power.
