Sweep "Marker Adder" HELP with design, RCA WR-70A tube Adder to solid state?

NEVER MIND.... ha ha decided against this.... But this is more what I am thinking now.

The idea is compare a fixed RF freq and a sweep freq to get a trigger to send a pulse to an oscilloscope.

Any IC chip ideas?
