Super bikes video games by raw thrills

Hi fellow technicians,,,good day to everyone,i would like to ask help if you encounter like this trouble for video games super bikes,the trouble is when you plug in to the supply 220v outlit it will on the monitor,the pc at the same time,and it will begin to initialized,then the logo please wait while starting to initialized,and after that there is small letter written on top of the screen (looking for rt key(0.0.0)and there is counting # on it,,,
pls help give me idea,,,thank you to all...
