i want to know dat can analog pins of stm32f207vc microntroller can be configured as analog out put???

An analog output is called a DAC. Digital to Analog Converter. Looking at the datasheet the part you reference has 2 12 bit DAC's. So two pins can output a 12bit resolution analog signal.
