plz does anyone have its datasheet? i need to know what it is the pinouts and how to use it.
 
this is the only one i could find without paying. ( checks pockets ) im short on cash this week! well here ya go!

quick search on google came up with this
21. STK5466 (ECG1821)

VCR Positive Voltage Regulator.

Pin 1: VO3 +5.3 V
Pin 2: NC
Pin 3: NC
Pin 4: NC
Pin 5: NC
Pin 6: VI3
Pin 7: VI1 and 2
Pin 8: VI1 and 2
Pin 9: VO2 +12 V
Pin 10: VO1 +12 V
Pin 11: NC
Pin 12: GND
Pin 13: On/off
Pin 14: On/off
Pin 15: Vb (probably around 13-14 V)


this part is a common fault in VCR where VO2 would be missing
 
well the image you posted weren't any good cause i couldnt read it (it is too small and zooming didn't help. could you post the address of the place

Pin 1: Iout 3 per 5.3 V
Pin 2: Vout 3 control
Pin 3: Iin 3
Pin 4: Iout 2 per 12 V (emettitore)
Pin 5: Ib 2 (base)
Pin 6: Iin 2 (collettore)
Pin 7: Iout 1 per 12 V (emettitore)
Pin 8: Ib 1 (base)
Pin 9: Iin 1 (collettore)
Pin 10: GND

Sembra come se il Pin 1 sia l'uscita di un regolatore integrato per i 5.3 V. Il Pin 3 è il Vin - 20 V tipico. Il Pin 2 è un qualche tipo di controllo on off.

I piedini 4-6 e 7-9 sono l'emettitore, base, e collettore per le due uscite 12 V; si tratta di semplici transistor Darlington collegati in modo da pilotare le uscite in una configurazione emitter follower. Il valore tipico di Vin si aggira sui 30 V.
