Hi All

Is it possible to find an alternative for the Darlington Silicon NPN Epitaxial 2SD1209K, which is used to amplify the signal from a PIC to control up to 40V

I've used TIP122's before and I suspect an IRL510 or IRL520 should work nicely... There are also plenty of N-channel MOSFETs with low Rds and reasonably high voltage/high current in small SMD packages...

Regards, Mike
