Hi all,
Need some feed back on my project.
Have a circuit with me. I use NE555 timer to handle clock signal which is a input to the L297 and also wish to give to inputs from the microcontroller to the L297(To control direction and enable/disable of motor).

**broken link removed**

Four pins named SL1(in the figure) will go directly to ULN2003A and then to the stepper motor.

Will it work?

Hi all,
I modified the above circuit a bit. (Timer part)

**broken link removed**

This is the one I wish to implement on my project.
(3rd pin of NE555 to the L297)

Need your feed back.
Thx.
