Haha! Would you believe I only looked at the photos for the bottom of the PCB and the overview and didn't bother looking at the photo with the transformer label? I was jumping in to provide a solution.

Reminds me of that old cliche about men not bothering to stop and read the instructions?

Here's the solution. Relays seem happy now: both cooling and heating.
Now to mount everything in a project box with plugs for heat, cool, and live.

Thanks again - will post more pictures of the project as it progresses

Good solution. That tranny should be very happy at < ~140mA.

My keezer is cool!

I did it on the cheap, and have the satisfaction that goes with it.....

Will post a few photos when I have them sorted and resized.
