The diode is backwards, but other than that it looks ok. Also make sure you put a decoupling cap right at the VDD pins of any ICs, including the pic.

Your design is really just a basic regulator circuit, for use on a bike you really need some extra protection - think other members are better qualifed to advise on that than me.

First though, to correct your current diagram, your regulator is rated at 500ma, so your fuse should be 500ma slow blow . The diode shown is only rated at 100ma so you need something like a 1N4001, also you have it shown the wrong way round , so no curent will flow at all.
