St L4962A SMPS Question

Here is the datasheet for the L4962A step down SMPS. I was going to use a 5V output as depicted on page 10. Copying that circuit verbatim.

On the input and output they recommend low ESR capacitors like tantalum, polymer, ceramic, or low ESR electrolytics. Having a tough time with their alpha bit soup note ROE, EKR 220uf 40V. What's ROE or EKR mean?, or what family of capacitors does it belong to? Part suggestion? Thanks.

Typing in ESR for a search comes up with some really expensive capacitors. After a long read it looks like these **broken link removed** are purposed for SMPS. Or perhaps these because they ar RoHS?
