Specific MSF time signal question

Can anyone tell me what the best way is of decoding the British Atomic Clock, MSF time signal with a PIC?!

I am attempting to design a clock that runs off the MSF signal. This makes it super accurate, and (in theory) self setting. I would like to display the time, in either 12 or 24 hour format, and the date (dd/mm/yyyy)

I've not seen much on MSF clocks that self set but most use the signal to synchronise to.
Hans summers did a very good spread on this subject and his does what you require-
Radio controlled clock
Although some of the parts for receiving the msf, can be purchased, look for the 'EM2S'
