Sources for Repair Diagrams/Schematics

Can anyone suggest a website with repair schematics or wiring diagrams? Specifically, I am looking for a schematic of an Alienbees B400 160WS flash unit. I have a couple of units that quit working, and would rather repair them then purchase new ones. I've had no luck searching on Google.

I am looking for an 8 pin IC, KA 311170541 Q It is for my LCD monitor, I cannot find this component here in my small town in Philippines. If anyone can tell me what type of IC this is and if there is an equivalent I would appreciate their help
