sound or clap follower robot

hello guys,

I just want to make a almost easy sound follower robot,

Do you guys know any link for it please?
I prefer the instructions to be written in C language.

Yea I am talking about those sound followers designed by 2 mikes. But I am not able to find any link, specialy by C language

It was in the first link I posted. But it didn't till how to code it in C
