sound chip pinout

i'm need to be aware if the hardware is connected to the suitable pins on the sound chip in order to plan the build of a computer, then make it after studying for many years

The data sheet of the chip you posted explains everything you need to know.
 
does it say where the HDMi port will go for audio, i cant find anything like that in the data-sheet...
