some questions about ksz8893m

I am working for designing a circuit about ksz8893m.
please the one used it give me some advice about how to configuration external circuit to let it work under mii mode by its 3rd mac(mii phy mode).

The OP can look on one of the many datasheets sites for the datasheet. But I won't look since he didn't even give a hint what it does.
