P Pax Writer New Member Nov 20, 2008 #3 Try looking it up on youtube. I did that when I had trouble soldering a TQFP 32-pin package. Now I solder the entire chip using only tin, wick and a completely standard iron. Soldertime... Around 1½ minute Youtube rox.
