soldering 100 pin ic

can anyone tell me can one solder a 100 pin ic package with his hand.. or is there any mean of soldering it

What type of package is it?

Almost everything is solder-able by hand, including most standard surface mount components.

But there are a few that can only be done by heat gun/baking

Try looking it up on youtube. I did that when I had trouble soldering a TQFP 32-pin package. Now I solder the entire chip using only tin, wick and a completely standard iron. Soldertime... Around 1½ minute
