You also won't find a data sheet for a non existent IC. (LM355)

If you check out the LM335Z you'll also find it in your simulation software.

i cant find the LM355z even. please suggest me best simulation software where i can simulate this ckt. thank for you help!!
 
The LM335 (not LM355) is a temperature sensor with an output voltage of 10mV/K so it can be simulated with a voltage source set to a voltage that mimics the temperature you want to simulate. Thus, for example, for a temperature of 300K (23C) you would use a voltage source set to 3V (3000 mV).
