Solar powered portable charger for phone/ipod.

Does anyone have a schematic or general idea of how to make a make a small portable solar powered charger for a phone and ipod? I want a small 12v solar panel from radio shack and use it for when I go on hikes that last a week or two (depending on the trail.)

Get a Juicebar solar charger..... Mine was only £15.... Works great...
